The EnerLink BA Analyzer (Business Associates Analyzer) lets you upload a list of entity names to our server for analysis. Corporate events such as name changes and dissolutions are detected, as are typographical issues with your entity names. A report in both CSV format (better for viewing) and tab delimited TXT format (better for importing) are generated and emailed to you. Also emailed are instructions to help you use the report.

The BA Analyzer is superior to bulk manual EnerLink searches. It is faster, reduces errors and involves the smallest possible number of hits to our database. It also maximizes matches and minimizes manual follow-up by ignoring punctuation and differences such as Ltd. vs Limited when comparing your entity names with EnerLink’s.

Upload a CSV, TXT or TEXT file with your data.

Place the entity names in the first (and potentially only) column. With CSV files, up to 20 additional columns are permitted, typically from your BA data. They will be included in the report that is generated. With TXT and TEXT files, upload only the entity names in a single column.

It is best not to include individuals in your list, as they will always result in “No Match”.

Maximum of 1,500 entity names per upload.
